Laurel Bank House is a centrally heated dog friendly stone house with views towards the Lakeland fells. Handy for Keswick & Ullswater. Off road parking for 3 cars. 3 lovely bedrooms each with tv, 3 bathrooms. Large living dining room, SMART TV, wood burner, fully equipped dining kitchen, utility/cloakroom and large boot room.
Unsuitable for infants & young children.
Private enclosed rear courtyard with seating, patio to front & use of large shared garden accessed up the drive beyond the parking area.

2 x king size bed bedrooms :- 1 en-suite & 1 with adjacent bathroom
1 x double size bed in bedroom with en-suite
All bedrooms have full length mirror and tv.
Fully equipped dining kitchen
Living dining room with underfloor heating and a wood burner, sofas, easy chairs and large dining table, SMART TV. Books and games.
Underfloor heated boot room ideal for airing coats and boots, plenty of hanging and bench space.
Utility cloakroom with washing machine. Airer, iron, ironing board. We provide all you need to keep the house clean during your stay.
Front gravelled patio ideal for the morning sun.
Enclosed rear gravelled courtyard with outdoor kitchen - pizza oven, bbq and fridge, table and seating.
Large shared garden enjoying views to Lakeland fells. Seating, bbq space and fire pit. This garden is separate from the house and accessed up the drive way.
We regret this property is not suitable for infants and young children.
A dog is welcome, must be included on your booking details. A small additional charge is made for  your dog.

Lovely walks from the house along bridle ways and footpaths. Handy for Keswick, Pooley Bridge and Ullswater. Aira Force nearby.
A car is probably essential for getting about. There is no public transport to the village
Dogs: we accept one dog, a second may be considered but inquire before booking. Please ensure dogs are included on your booking details
